Notarization is available for acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds, business documents, school and travel forms, and other general documents requiring notarization. Services do not include legal advice, document preparation, or loan-signing services.

A valid, current government-issued photo ID is required for notarization, such as a driver’s license, state identification card, passport, or other acceptable government-issued identification. The signer must be physically present, willing to sign, and able to communicate and understand the document being signed. Please do not sign documents in advance.

Appointments are reserved by request and are not confirmed until a confirmation is received. A credit card is required to hold the appointment once confirmed. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Mobile notary service is available by appointment, with travel fees based on location. Please have all documents and signers ready at the scheduled appointment time. Additional wait-time charges may apply when an appointment is delayed beyond the scheduled time.

Fee Note: Listed service prices include the State of Hawaiʻi notarial fee for one notarial act. Additional notarial acts are $5 each, where applicable under Hawaiʻi law. Travel, after-hours, wait-time, and other service fees are separate.
